What do you need?

Bring the following items to your appointment for a speedy process:

  • Copy of valid identification (passport, cedula, driver’s license)
  • Employer’s statement
  • Copy of the 3 most recent salary slips
  • Current financial obligations, balances
  • Bank statements of the last 3 months
  • Appraisal report
  • Provisional deed of sale or:
    -Measurement note
    -Building permit (in case of construction)
    -Extensive construction budget in phases (in case of construction)
    -Drawing (in case of construction)

The entire process will take about a month minimum.
